Billing is for online access to documentation and export features, not for on-site work, repairs, parts or emergency service.

Cancellation

Customers should be able to cancel future subscription periods from the account portal in a production integration.

Refund review

Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, access failures or required legal obligations. Used digital periods may be non-refundable unless required by law.
